Description:

From the Plaza de Mayo in Buenos Aires, Bob Carty interviews Juana de Pargamen, one of the Mothers of Plaza de Mayo, an Argentinian mothers' movement that has worked since 1977 to expose the fate of 30,000 "disappeared" sons and daughters. De Pargamen speaks of the kidnap and murder of her son and amnesty offered to the torturers and murderers. The interview with de Pargamen is followed by a short interview with Sheil Muller of Israel, also conducted at the Plaza de Mayo. <15mn>
