The series is arranged into numbered files containing correspondence with the Master General of the Ordnance, Director of Artillery, Imperial Munitions Board, the Government Cartridge Factory, the Dominion Arsenal at Lindsay, Ross Rifle Company and other companies manufacturing arms and ammunition for the Canadian Government.
