Leclerc Institution : Leclerc Institution is a medium-security penitentiary complex, with a number of buildings. The fence that surrounds the complex is equipped with observation towers and an electronic security system. The institution has a capacity of 482 cells, including five for disabled inmates. Double occupancy resulted in an increase in the inmate population to 553 as of September 24, 1998.
