Hanks, depicts living conditions and social customs of the Blackfoot of Canada. Exceptional sequences include: a demonstration of sign language used in inter-tribal communication; the erection of a totem pole; life in a teepee camp village; a group of men playing a guessing game; chiefs wearing full head-dress and costume; children and others in traditional dress; dance and drums used in ceremonial rites including the Sun Dance, Tobacco Rites and the Horn Society ceremony (where long ornamented crooks are used). <75mn>Language:MuteNotes:1.
