The series provides a rare glimpse into the humour of Nunavut and things that make Inuit people laugh. Inuit humour is sometimes difficult to capture and, unlike in southern Canada where an entire corporate machinery is devoted to producing humour for the audience's easy consumption, northern humour is more subtle. It is community and relationship based, it forms an important part of ordinary life routines and is present in the small, intimate details of the mundane day-to-day experiences. Community gatherings and the community radio shows are the only venues that provide this unique kind of humour with a spectatorial appreciation en masse. Even though there are often one or two members of the community who are recognized as the funniest, everyone has an opportunity to get involved and to bring forward their own idiosyncratic brand of comedy. <24mn>Langue :InuktitutRemarques :1.
