Accession consists of record copies (flimsies) of correspondence filed in letter books. These records were created by the regional general manager and others during the period September, 1955 - October, 1963. The collection comprises 17 volumes, with volume 1 dating from Sept. 1, 1955 - Feb. 29, 1955, and volume 17 dating from June 1, 1963 - Oct. 31, 1963.
