This accession consists of various financial records such as Interest Distribution Pay Lists; Cash books; "General Ledgers"; Debt Ledgers; "Saddle Lake Indian Buildings (1957-1960); Livestock ledger; a birth, death and marriage register, along with Mixed agents Account records.

This material was found at DIAND Headquarters by Ray Rodgers as part of a special project to locate and process legacy material remaining in the department. The department has no knowledge as to when this material was transferred from the District Offices to Headquarters. As a result of this, the provenance of these records has been lost. They have been accessioned with respect to the District Offices that
DIAND has indicated on boxes transfered to the National Archives. The assumption has been made that this accession consists of material that the District Offices inherited from the various agencies that fell under their control.
