Accession consists of diazo micofiche copies that serve as the reference copies (subject to Access and Privacy Review) for microfiche records related to series R773-11-8-E, R773-12-X-E and R773-13-1-E respectively.

Textual records: The fiche is diazo quality and is designed to serve as the reference version for descriptive series to which it is attached.

The 10 boxes are comprised of microfiche making the 1.5 m of textual records only a nominal measure of extent. The accession is comprised entirely of diazo microfiche designed to serve as reference copies for the preservation silver copies already incorporated into our permanent holdings in the associated desciptive records. The extent includes approximately 5954 microfiches of Pay, Benefit, Rates of Pay and related studies, 152 microfiche of Benefit and Working Conditions Questionnaires and 143 microfiche of the proceedings of the Advisory Committee on Pay Research., Because the fiche represent records subject to access and privacy review, and since there is no current procedure for placing such reference microfiche copies in a controlled access reference holdings area, the fiche have been processed and left at the accession level until such time as they may be physically assigned to a more convenient location for restricted reference usage. This accession serves as the only access point for fiche associated with the three descriptive series to which it is attached.
