Accession consists of project files of the Engineering and Construction Division of Indian Affairs, which became part of the Technical Services Branch in the late 1960s. Files include reports, correspondence, architectural plans and related material concerning building and engineering projects on Indian reserves and at Indian Residential Schools. Files were maintained in Ottawa and relate to projects in British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Yukon and the North West Territories. Files are arranged roughly by province or region.
