This accession consists of operational records created and/or maintained by the Winnipeg West District Office. Records pertain to file blocks 760- to 788, Labour Standards & Equal Pay (Canada Labour Code Part III), including: Transport Service, Equal Pay, Labour Conditions, Assignment and Contracts, Unjust Dismissal, Pay; and file blocks 890- to 928-, Occupational Safety & Health (Canada Labour Code Part IV) records, including: Safety legislation, Standards, Regulations, Hazardous Standards, Air and Transport Service, Assignments, Committees, Minutes of Meetings.

The records were first transferred to the Central Region Office in Winnipeg prior to being sent to the Winnipeg Federal Records Centre for dormant storage.
