This map of Canada's Eastern maritime region was published in: A Complete Atlas, or Distinct View of the Known World. The area centering on the Gulf of St. Lawrence is well delineated with numerous place names given. Another issues of this map was published circa 1747 in an as yet undetermined atlas. This map is different in that the plate number is 95 and is found in the lower right as opposed to 63 found in the lower left of this 1752 map. Also the word "Briton" on the map and in the title is spelled "Breton" on the earlier map. It would appear that "No 95" has been erased from the lower right of the 1752 state.
