Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the Pacific Region of Public Works and Government Services Canada.

The accession includes, but is not limited to, tender records relating to projects in various cities in British Columbia and the Yukon for various federal structures, including: penitentiaries, wharves and floats, office buildings, docks, piers, breakwaters, airports, border crossings, Pacific Biological Station, HMCS Discovery, and the Vernon Cadet Camp.

The accession also includes tender records relating to various services, including: geotechnical inspection and materials testing services; mechanical engineering services; topographic survey and posting; construction inspection services; construction stage engineering; testing and commissioning; general and resident inspection and record documentation services; surveying services; architectural services; and structural feasibility studies.

These records were originally held in British Columbia. They were transferred to the National Capital Region in 2016 and are available for consultation there.
