Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the B. C. Region of the Department of Justice.

The accession includes, but is not limited to: precedential records, including records relating to the Pacific Environmental Centre, mines, canneries, parks, and First Nation bands; contracts, including records relating to, airports, income tax liability, and taxi services; real estate, including records relating to leases, rights of way, airports; and land, including records relating to expropriation, leases by First Nations bands, Glacier National Park, airports, Canadian National Railway, Anglican Synod lands on Nimpkish band land, First Nations land claims, Nisga,a comprehensive claim, and Pasco litigation regarding CNR twin tracking.

These records were originally held in British Columbia. They were transferred to the National Capital Region in 2016 and are available for consultation there.
