Accession consists of records created and/or maintained by the B.C. Region of the Department of Justice.

The accession includes, but is not limited to records relating to various property and taxation matters, such as: airport agricultural land leasing, estates, First Nations band membership, leases, Prince Rupert elevator terminal, sale and removal of gravel from Crown land, Fisheries Improvement Loan Act, small ports and harbours, execution of contracts, construction of Boundary Bay Airport, Squamish band development proposal, taxation assessments, garnishing orders, contracts and agreements, encroachment (Veterans Land Act), road closures and access permits, fisheries licences, aboriginal claims, Crown owned vehicles, compromise loan settlements, easements, delegation of authority on band council resolution documents, bankruptcy, on reserve housing, and reserve boundaries.

These records were originally held in British Columbia. They were transferred to the National Capital Region in 2016 and are available for consultation there.
