This accession primarily consists of Annual Plant Reports for various establishments (each establishment is assigned a number) covering the 1960's to the early 1980's. The boxes are organized by establishment number and each file contains Annual Plant Reports over a period of time for the establishment. Annual Plant Reports document the adequacy of an establishment's conditions for the apporpriate production of packaged foods; they identify problems and set objectives for improvements.
In addition, this accession contains Poultry Inspection reports also organized by establishment.
