General note:

Accession consists of records created and maintained by Transport Canada's Y2K Project Working Group. This working group appears to have been responsible for identifying information systems that were critical to Transport Canada's operations and overseeing the work to ensure the continued operation of these systems upon the arrival of the year 2000.
