Accession consists of records created or maintained by the Trade Commissioner Service and Field Operations Branch (TCS&FO) of the Department of Industry, Trade and Commerce (ITC). An amalgamation of the Trade Commissioner Service and ITC's domestic regional presence, the branch was responsible for providing market assistance and establishing buying connections for Canadian firms.
