Fonds consists of 65 volumes of records. Office files, 5.70 m; Department of Agriculture, 5.70 m; Carleton University, 1.50 m; Innis College, 1.60 m; Expo Minirail stations, 1.80 m; Other projects, 2.10 m.

The fonds also contains numerous architectural drawings. The drawings, comprising 55 projects, are for various types of buildings - educational, remedial, governmental, religious, and residential. Included are drawings of Sir John Carling Building and the Minirail Stations for Expo'67.

There are also photographs depicting buildings designed by the Massey and Flanders Architectural Firm in Ottawa, Ontario.

Massey and Flanders (firm) : Hart Massey and L.G. Dirassar formed an architectural firm in 1954 in Ottawa. The partnership was dissolved in 1955 and Mr. Massey continued the practice under his own name. In 1967, Massey and John Flanders formed a partnership. The firm was dissolved in 1970.

Note générale :

Transferred from the Documentary Art and Photography Division in 1971. Architectural drawings were donated to the National Archives of Canada in March 1971 by Hart Massey and John Flanders.
