This collection of autographs is arranged in the following alphabetical sequences: Governors General of Canada, Prime Ministers of Canada, and Cabinet Ministers and other prominent men. With few exceptions, the autographs were excised from documents. Thus, their context has been lost and the attributions cannot be readily verified.

General note:

Received in 1951 and 1972. No evidence of the 1972 acquisition was found. A note of receipt in 1951 is found with the autographs. There is no record of the creator of this collection.
