Biography/Administrative history:

Clark, Hugh, b. 1867 : Colonel Hugh Clark purchased the Kincardine Review in 1890. He was editor of the Walkerton Herald, 1890, the Ottawa Citizen, 1897-1898, and for many years wrote a weekly column for Vancouver papers. Colonel Clark was M.P.P. for Bruce Centre, 1902-1911, and M.P. for Bruce North, 1911-1921. From 1906-1911, he was commanding officer of the 32nd (Bruce) Regiment.
