Kemp, Hubert Richmond, b. 1894 : Hubert Richmond Kemp, born in 1894 at Woodstock, Ont., received his education from the University of Toronto, B.A., M.A. and the London School of Economics. He was professor at the University of Toronto, from 1920 to 1945, and economic and trade policy advisor in the Department of Trade and Commerce, from 1945 to 1959. He was also a member of the Ceylon Merchants Shipping Commission, from 1957 to 1959.
