Fonds consists of letters patent issued to Félix Grégoire of St. Jean Baptiste, Man., by the Acting Commissioner of Patents, U.S.A. for a new invention in combination autoboats and aeroplanes, 1912; three letters between the law firm of Witton, McMurray, De Lorme, Davidson and Wheeldon, acting for Grégoire, and prospective purchasers of the patent, n.d., 1914; two certificates of title to land in Manitoba in the name of Napoleon Lavergne and Alphonse Lambert respectively, dated 1911.

Fonds also consist of photographs, ca. 1990-1915, that depict views of Saint-Yvon ouest; the residence of Edouard Fortin at Cap Saint-Grace; oxen being used to clear land, Sainte-Louise, Montmagny; portraits of M. and Mme. Joseph Lévesque and their family, Lac-Saint-Jean (Québec).
