Fonds consists of passport of Arthur G. Penny, 1886, Editor-in-Chief, Quebec Chronicle and Quebec Chronicle Telegraph, 1917-1950. Passport for the Canadian Overseas Press Mission, which toured the United Kingdom and Western Europe between June and August 1918. Original, 1 page. The fonds also contains a photographic album of Canadian soldiers in France and England during the First World War, and a medal of the Order of Danilo (Montenegro), Fifth Class.

Penny, Arthur G : Arthur G. Penny was editor of the Quebec Chronicle and the Quebec Chronicle Telegraph from 1917 to 1950. During World War he toured the United Kingdom and Western Europe on the Canadian Overseas Press Mission. He also served as a Quebec civil servant. He died in 1963.
