The sub-series (volume 60 of the transcripts) consists of copies of miscellaneous documents and reference material on British North American postal and packet services. Included are reports, correspondence, and compilations of extracts on various topics, formal instructions to postmasters and packet captains, accounts and warrants, a list of Postmasters General of Great Britain, 1678-1905; and lists of packet boats taken or damaged during the American Revolution. These documents are available on microfilm reel C-12887.
