La série comprend des documents en français et en anglais: concessions, arrêts, représentations, requêtes, lettres patentes, commissions, mémoires, contrats, lettres, etc., concernant surtout des titres de propriété en Nouvelle-France et en Acadie, 1632-1698, incluant aussi la capitulation de Port-Royal, 16 août 1654 (ff. 24-91v). A l'exception de deux documents en langue anglaise, tous ces documents ont été publiés dans un volume intitulé The Memorials of the English and French Commissaries Concerning the Limits of Nova Scotia or Acadia, Volume 1 (London, 1755).

Report of the Board of Trade, 25 November 1763, recommending refusal of Captain Richard Gridley's petition for a grant of the Magdalen Islands (ff. 211-212v).

Memorial, post-1763, of George Keppel, 3rd Earl of Albemarle (1724-1772), Vice-Admiral Sir Charles Saunders ([1713]-1775), and Rear-Admiral Augustus Keppel (1725-1786), petitioning for grants of land on Saint John's Island [P.E.I.], where they proposed to develop agriculture and fishery (ff. 213-214v).
