This data file contains 999 valid cases of New Horizons project groups which had received grants from Health & Welfare prior to July 1974. The objective of the post-funding survey was to establish whether or not projects have remained viable after the initial 18 month funding period. Information obtained from the survey includes: continuation status, sources of financial help, non-financial community support, project accomplishments, community impact, size of project groups; and causes of termination and solutions.
