This file contains data collected during a survey in which approximately one third of the participants from 71 New Horizons projects were included. Valid responses were analysed from 1,350 respondents. The purpose of the survey was to: 1) determine the activity patterns of New Horizons participants; 2) determine if these participants wish to make changes to their activity patterns and activities; 3) establish who is aware of being a participant in the New Horizons program; and 4) determine the demographic and other characteristics of New Horizons program participants.
