Series consists of correspondence, memoranda, rough sketches, and printed and other material relating to various projects undertaken by Art Price. Included is one sub-series on the National Capital Commission.

Included in the general files are ones on the Canadian Army Show; Canadian Ballet Club; Canadian Government Exhibition Commission; Canadian Museum of Civilization; Canadian National Exhibition; Department of Public Works; Expo '67; National Film Board; Ottawa Ballet Company; Pulp and Paper Industry of Canada; and the Vanier Institute of the Family, among others.

Also included are files on Price's sculptures "Communigraph", "Man Above Matter", "Unity in Diversity", and "The Universe is You", and files on his Rainwall, the Expo'67 Commemorative Medallion and the Royal Society Innis-Gèrin Medal. There are, as well, files on Price's association with Marius Barbeau on various projects, 1948-1964, and on his involvement with the West Baffin Eskimo Co-operative, Cape Dorset, 1971-1972.
