Canada. Dept. of the Secretary of State. Ministerial mission to Latin America : Between October 27 and November 27, 1968 a Ministerial Mission headed by: Gérard Pelletier, Secretary of State; Jean-Luc Pépin, Minister of Industry; and Jean-Pierre Goyer, Parliamentary Secretary for External Affairs, was sent to Latin America to appraise Canadian economic, scientific, military and cultural relations with Venezuela, Columbia, Peru, Chile, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Guatemala and Costa Rica. Canadian aid to these Latin American countries was also reviewed.
