The records in this accession consist of subject files including, but not limited to; Indian Economic Development Fund loan case files, material resources, trust funds, Band Council Resolutions, welfare, Estate case files, welfare equipment and supplies, farming, schools, health services and law enforcement. This accession includes education files, specifically principal monthly reports for the following schools: Chackoo, Black Lake, Fond du Lac, Montreal Lake, Shoal Lake, Southend Reindeer, Red Earth, Wawpaw, James Smith, Sawanok, Sturgeon Lake, and Little Red River, a Sawanok Day School nominal roll and school inspection reports.

These records were originally housed in Edmonton, but were later transferred to British Columbia. They were transferred again in 2016 and are now located in the National Capital Region and are available for consultation there.
