Sub-series consists of copies of selected Court judgments relating to Indians. Volume 11192 includes copies of judgments in cases such as Rex vs. Dreaver et al, Rex vs. Wesley, St, Cathernie's Milling, etc. Volume 11210 contains files on two cases: R. E. Gasnell vs. Minister of Lands and Attorney-General for Canada, an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada from the B. C. Court of Appeal, 1912; and Thomas Jack vs. Rex, an appeal to the Supreme Court of Canada from the Exchequer Court of Canada, 1929.
