Air Canada. Office of the Vice President, Purchasing and Facilities : The Vice-President, Purchasing and Facilities was the head officer responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational activities of the Purchasing and Facilities Department. Predecessors of this office were known as: Director, Facilities and Supply Control Department (1946-1952); General Manager, Purchases and Stores Department (1952-1962); Vice President, Purchases and Stores Department (1962-1966); and General Manager, Purchases and Stores Department (1966-1970).
