Series consists of reports and supporting documentation for two foreign airline surveys that were completed by Air Canada operational/administrative personnel (teams). The first survey was undertaken as the result of a 9 July 1968 request from the Department of External Affairs to 'make recommendations concerning the operation and administration' of Air Congo, the national airline of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (Kinshasa). The second survey, with the same objective, was initiated by way of a 26 February 1969 request from the Canadian International Development Agency and concerned the Guyana Airways Corporation, a state-owned corporation of the Government of Guyana.
