Toronto Terminals Railway Company : Under an agreement dated 26 July 1892 between the Grand Trunk Railway and the Canadian Pacific Railway, provision was made for a new Union Depot. The Toronto Terminals Railway Company was incorporated on 13 July 1906 (6 Edw. VII, Cap. 170) to acquire and provide the required lands and buildings; subsequent acts and agreements provided for the expansion of the property, provision of freight terminals and construction of the Toronto Viaduct. The Company is now owned in equal partnership by the Canadian Pacific and Canadian National Railways, the latter having assumed the Grand Trunk's interest in 1923. RG30 General Inventory
