Waterloo and Magog Railway Company : The Waterloo and Magog Railway Company was incorporated in 1871 under Quebec Act, 35 Vic., Cap. 28. A 23 mile line was constructed between Waterloo and Magog, Quebec. It also operated the Missisquoi Valley Railway. Until 1887 it was operated under contract by the Central Vermont in connection with the Stanstead, Shefford and Chambly Railroad. In 1887 the Waterloo and Magog Railway Company was acquired by the Atlantic and North Western Railway Company, part of the Canadian Pacific system. RG30 General Inventory
