Canada. Transport Canada. Marine. Fleet Systems Branch : The Canadian Marine Transportation Administration (CMTA) groups into one corporate entity, the various marine agencies that are responsible for providing marine terminal facilities and services, management of all operational, developmental, and regulatory activities of the department in support of marine transportation and the development of ports and marine commerce in Canada. The CMTA is responsible for providing a fleet of departmental vessels in support of navigation and arctic re-supply; this is the specific function of the Fleet Systems Branch.
