Canada. Dept. of Communications. Film, Video and Sound Recording Policy and Programs : The mandate of the Film, Video and Sound Recording Directorate was to formulate, develop and coordinate film and video policies determined by the government. It analysed, coordinated and advised the Minister of Communications on all proposals and submissions of the National Film Board and Telefilm Canada, and advised on all policy and administrative matters affecting these agencies.
