Works by Yvan Adam.Provenance :Biographie/Histoire administrative :Adam, Yvan, 1955- : Yvan Adam was born 1 March 1955 in Saint-Hilaire, Quebec. A painter, designer, illustrator, and poster designer, the works of Adam have adorned the walls of Montreal since the early 1980's. His most famous posters of the cinema include Decline of the American Empire and Love and Human Remains by Deny Arcand; Au Clair de la Lune by Marc-Andre Forcier; La Postére by Gilles Carle, Café Italia by Paul Tana; Un Zoo la Nuit by Jean-Claude Lauzon; and Cruising Bar by Robert Ménard. Adam has shown his work at various galleries throughout Montreal, New York City and Toronto.
