Les dossiers du bloc 1000 portent sur des sujets comme l'administration, l'organisation, les associations, les clubs, les sociétés, les cérémonies, les célébrations, les comités (ce qui comprend la Commission des lieux historiques du Canada et le Comité des bâtiments historiques), les conférences (comme la Conférence fédérale-provinciale sur les parcs), la coopération et la liaison, les règlements, les comptes rendus et les rapports (ce qui comprend les rapports du chef), les visites et les tournées. Les dossiers du bloc 2000 portent sur des sujets comme les bâtiments, les feux, les routes et la prévention d'avalanches.
