Collection consists of video recordings and film footage of film productions from the holdings of the Imperial War Museum about Canada's role in World War I and II and the 1924 Olympic Games in Chamonix, France. Photographic material depicts: Canadian troops "going over the top" during a training course, possibly at a trench-mortar school near St. Pol, France, ca. October 1916. Photographs are by Lieutenant W. Ivor Castle. These prints and transparencies are reproduction of the Imperial War Museum's negatives CO-873, CO-874, CO-875, and CO-876.
