They were also responsible for the operation of the Toronto City Centre Airport. On 8 June 1999 the Toronto Harbour Commissioners was replaced by the Toronto Port Authority, a Canada Port Authority and part of a national ports system established under the Canada Marine Act.Additional information:General note:Material was acquired between 1975 and 1996 from Toronto Harbour Commissioners, Toronto, Ontario.Statement of responsibility note:A note in the original box containing these plates states: first attempts at colour photography in 1910, A.
