The sub-series consists of general business correspondence and correspondence with publishers, including royalty statements.

The general business correspondence files include correspondence with and about the National Ballet, with other ballet companies, with the CBC and other media, and with various other organizations with which Veronica Tennant was associated, including the Canadian Conference of the Arts and the Ontario Arts Council. There is also correspondence relating to her speaking engagements and charity work, and from teachers and librarians about her books. Included are testimonials and references Tennant wrote for colleagues and friends. Among the correspondents are Peter Gzowski, Robin Phillips n.d.; Eva Langbord, CBC, re. audition 1964; Beryl Grey, London Festival Ballet 1970; British dance critic John A. Fraser, Alexander Grant, Brian Linehan 1976; Hamilton Southam 1977, 2000; Colin McIntyre 1977; Ed Broadbent 1979; Philip Borsos (re. a project to film Washington Square) 1980; Arnold Spohr 1983; Kati Rekai 1985; Betty Oliphant 1987; Bill Glassco 1988; Floyd Chalmers, V. Tony Hauser 1989, Patrick Watson 1990, Yehudi Menuhin 1991; Denis Brott 1997; Richard Margison 1998; John Fraser 1999.

Other topics include: Karen Kain Dancing in the Moment, an event to honour Tennant by the Hnatyshyn Foundation, movie business, the Governor General's Performing Arts Awards, a correspondence on the possibility of an autobiography written by Tennant, a photo sent by the Toronto Star and a promotion video for An Italian Straw Hat by the National Ballet of Canada.

The correspondence with Tennant's publishers, including McClelland and Stewart and Holt Rinehart & Winston in the U.S., document the publishing of her two books, On Stage Please and The Nutcracker, and their royalties.
