Works by Charles Eugene Moss (1860-1901).
There is no record of the acquisition of these works in NA records. However, the Kingsford portrait bears a plaque stating that it was a gift of the artist, and it was catalogued on 1/8/31; the catalogue card for the second work is now lost, but it probably came from the same source at the same time.
