This bronze medal was created by Dora Hunt, a Hungarian Canadian sculptor, in commemoration of Expo '67 (celebration of Canada's centennial year).

The obverse side of the medal displays a stylized human figure in a semi-reclining position.

The reverse side of the medal displays the artists' signature, Dora de Pedery-Hunt, which appears to be scratched or etched onto the medal surface.
