The synod deals with the sacrament of confirmation (§§ 1-5), the Most Holy Eucharist (§§ 5-10), the sacrament of penance (§§ 11-12), the sacrament of extreme unction (§ 13), the sacrament of matrimony (§§ 14-16), arrangements divine services and the observance of holidays (§§ 17-20), the protection of the morals of the clergy (§§ 21-22), the task of providing for the livelihood of pastors and of caring for those things which pertain to divine worship (§ 23), the burial of those who have not received the sacraments of penance and eucharist during the Paschal time (§ 24).
