It is a very detailed summary of the recent history and state of religion in the west of the United States, with special reference to Louisiana, mentioning China, Japan, Italy, France, and Belgium. As for Canada, the founding of New Orleans in 1720 [recte 1718] and Le Sueur's exploration of the Mississippi river in 1720 [recte 1700-2] are mentioned.
