A description of the islands of North America, mentioning the Bahamas, Antigua, St. Christopher, Anguilla, Dominica, St. Vincent, Grenada, Trinidad, Sankt Croix, Bermuda, the [a]bp. of Baltimore [Maréchal], Sankt Thomaes, Sankt Jan, Sint Eustatius, Tortola, Barbuda, Nevis, Montserrat, St. Lucia, Tobago, Demerara, Essequibo, Berbice, Sint Marten, Saint-Barthélemy, Désirade, New Holland, Saint-Domingue, Martinique, Guadeloupe, Marie Galante, Toussaint [Les Saintes], Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, the 1790 colony of the Scioto river, Cayenne, Ile-de-Bourbon, Ile-de-France, Curaçao, Surinam, Maracaibo, Nueva Granada. As for Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, there was a mission of French secular priests, and faculties were granted to its prefect, but no information is available on the current state of the islands.
