The fonds consists of a selection of forty b&w silver gelatine prints from photographer George Webber's Blood Reserve project. Between 1992 and 2007 Mr. Webber visited the Reserve and photographed the inhabitants, their community and the landscape, of Canada's largest native reserve. This acquisition consists of photographs taken between 1992 and 2005.

The fonds also consists of approximately 4 metres of textual records relating to Mr. Webber's career as a photographer, from ca. 1977 to 2006. The majority of these records consist of photography catalogues, magazines, books, exhibition notices, and other printed material. It also includes documents such as release forms or loan agreements for exhibition venues and publications to use Mr. Webber's photographs, as well as correspondence between Mr. Webber and gallery curators, magazine and book writers and editors and other people with whom Mr. Webber had worked.

The collection also holds photography catalogues of either Mr. Webber's photographic projects or of multiple Canadian photographers including George covering general photography themes relating to Canada. The Catalogues range from short exhibition catalogues to hard cover books published between the years 1977 to 2006, and they cover major photographic projects such as The Final Days of the St. Louis in 2005, Requiem 1999-2000, The Blood Reserve 2003-04, Startling Ordinary 2002, and other group shows as well.

The collection also includes two single black and white gelatin silver prints, as part of a limited edition book of George Webber's photographs, encased in a special edition publication by Waterous & Co. from 1998.
