Item is a fire insurance plan of Toronto, Ontario. It is based on "special suvey and registered plans showing all buildings and lot numbers." It includes five unnumbered sheets: a title page, a page of text on the 2nd edition, an table of contents and street index page and two additional street index pages. Plates are numbered 1-50. Plate 1 is of a Key Plan. Plate 30 shows "Hiawatha Island, St. George's Ward, City of Toronto" in which the "water lines and buildings are only approximately located from sketch survey". Plate 43 is "Formerly Parkdale".
