Series consists three sub-series, each concerned with one accession.

Globally, this series consists of drawings of some 1027 architectural projects undertaken by the firm Murray & Murray Architects & Planning Consultants. Projects include commercial, religious, residential, educational, and government projects at the federal, provincial and municipal levels in Ottawa and other locations in Ontario. A number of international projects are also represented, e.g. Ireland, Australia, Britain, Malawi, Malaysia.

Some of the major Ottawa based projects include: Ottawa International Airport; Canada Post Corporation; Ottawa Courthouse & Registy Office; Conference Board of Canada building; former Ottawa City Hall on Sussex Drive; Royal College of Physiscians & Surgeons building on Echo Drive; Palladium (the Corel Centre); Ashbury College; Marion Hall; University of Ottawa (Faculty of Arts Building); Carleton University; Algonquin College; Ashbury College; RCMP; Rideau Club; Northern Telecom; Minto Lyon-Laurier project; and Bell Canada.

Projects from elsewhere in Ontario include: LCBO stores; Normandy Hall & Courcellers Block at DND, Kingston; courthouses in Brampton and Owen Sound.

International projects include: Grand Buildings-Trafalgar Square Project, along with various embassies, retaurants and office towers; Canada House in London (England); a college in Malawi; a retail centre in Malaysia and a hotel in Adelaide, Australia.
